ADVICE TO HELP YOUR HAND ECZEMA:

Hand washing & moisturizing:
    - Remove rings from hand when washing hands.
    - Use a lukewarm or cool water.
    - Use cleansing bar or mild soap as  like Dove, Oil of Olay, Eucerin, Basis, Cetaphil,
         Aveeno or Oilatum.
    - After washing your hand, pat hands dry (try to leave as much water on the skin).
    - Immediately after above step, apply ointment or cream to both hands ( don`t apply lotions).
(Vaseline is a good occlusive preparation to seal in the water; however, it contains no water
so it only works effectively after a soaking bath. Recommended moisturizers include:
Aquaphor Ointment, Eucerin Creme, Vanicream,Cetaphil Cream, or
            Moisturel Cream).
    - Repeat moisturizing as often as possible every day, at least 10 times per day.
    - Avoid overusing water or soap.

    - Try not to use hot water & decrease exposure to water less than 15 minutes at a time.
    - Use running water rather than immersing hands.
